Frequently asked questions
How long does a custom order take?
Once we have the final approved list of props it takes about 2 weeks to design and make the props.
Can I see the design before the props are made?
Yes you can! Once the list of props have been finalized and purchased, we can send a screenshot of the designs before we make them. Small tweaks can be made to the design but any large tweaks may affect the scope of the project.
What are the smallest / largest size of props that you make?
We can make 11.5 in x 11.5in props. Note, these would require larger sticks to support the prop.
How many events will the props last?
The props are sturdy enough to last multiple events if stored properly. We recommend laying the props flat in plastic bins. However, we have had heard of excited guests who either spill on the props or steal them. Keep an eye out!
