Job Description:

GoBooth Photo Booth Rental is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a photo booth attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our photo booths at events and parties, providing exceptional customer service to guests, and creating fun and memorable experiences for everyone.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate photo booths at events and parties, ensuring that the equipment is in good working order and that the backdrop and props are arranged nicely.

  • Interact with guests and assist them in using the booth, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.

  • Ensure that each guest receives a copy of their photos and assist them in creating a customized guestbook.

  • Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise, such as equipment malfunctions or printer jams, and provide basic photo editing services as needed.

  • Ensure that the photo booth area is clean and tidy throughout the event, and tear down the booth and pack up equipment at the end of the event.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that they have a fun and memorable experience.

  • Represent GoBooth Photo Booth Rental in a professional and positive manner at all times.
     

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner.

  • Basic technical knowledge, including experience with digital cameras and computers.

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, with reliable transportation to and from events.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

  • Professional demeanor, with the ability to represent GoBooth Photo Booth Rental in a positive and professional manner.

  • Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and that the photo booth area is clean and tidy throughout the event.

    • The dress code for each event can vary, but on average, it is 90% formal and 10% casual

    How many hours can I expect to work per week as a photo booth attendant?

    • We have two busy seasons: the Wedding season (June-August) and the Holiday season (December).

    • We have multiple events every weekend, with a typical event lasting a minimum of 5 hours.

  • Is training provided for new photo booth attendants at GoBooth Photo Booth Rental?

    • Yes! We provide a training plan that includes learning how to set up and operate all of our equipment. You'll start by shadowing us at an event, and once you're ready, you'll be doing events on your own.​

  • How does the pay structure work?

    • We rent our photo booth for a minimum of 2 hours. You will be paid a minimum of 3 hours plus event time (minimum 2 hours), for a total of 5 hours minimum per shift.

    • If the event is over 50km (from our storage), you will be compensated $0.61/KM for the round trip, starting from the equipment storage.
